He talks in a limo while driving through the desert, applies makeup, plays with Burroughs’ cut-up technique, mimes, talks death… The Ziggy Stardust-era footage of dressed up fans alone makes it worth the watch.

I worked at Tower Records when I was 18. I thought working there was a better idea than going to college. I changed my mind around mid-September but not before I learned this: reggae buyer at a record store isn’t really much of a launching pad into any real career. I did learn about Can though. Jaki Liebezeit and his freaky German avant garde hippie bandmates are still blowing my mind:
